Has anyone been able to make rye bread in a Black and Decker All in One bread maker?
I have made 2 batches today and both turned out wrong wrong wrong. They didn’t bake into a loaf but were a bunch of hard balls of cooked dough. Tastes fine but I need to get a loaf. I’m trying to adapt a recipe from another machine. Anyone had any luck with making rye bread in a B&D machine?
I believe rye bread need to be baked in an oven because the crust needs to be smooth and somewhat hard.
