Are carbs bad if you are trying to maintain your weight?

i eat good carbs, whole grain cereal, fruit, veggies, but i eat white bread since my mom buys it (no more then 2 slices like every other day or so)
but im not looking to lose weight just to maintain…so if i eat the same amount of calories that i burn, will carbs make me gain weight?

It will not make you gain weight if you eat in moderation. For example: If you’re going to have bread, eat one slice instead of two. The same for pasta, eat a small portion instead of filling up on an entire plate. You’ll do just fine. :)
