Where can you find pills that let people with wheat/gluten allergies eat wheat products?
My friend is allergic to wheat/gluten and sometimes buys pills that allow her to eat wheat pills. I need to know the names of these pills and where you can get them. Thanks!

There are such things, they are really expensive though.

If she has Celiac then those pills are absolutely useless. I believe u are thinking of something called “glutenese” or something like that. I’ve seen them in health food stores and they are a load of crap. All they are is digestive enzymes and here is why they wont work:
If she TRULY is allergic then its not worth taking any type of pill bc she could run the risk of anaphlaytic (sp?) shock each time she eats gluten.
If she has Celiac, then no pill has been made to help with this, although medicin eis trying but its at least 8-10 years away. She is only making the Celiac worse and hurting her intestines.
