This is an acceptable practice to undertake and it is becoming more common place as the incidences of food allergies continue to rise.

I really have no clue where to start on this one. Any help is appreciated.

Ive been recently diagnosed as being Gluten Intolerant! and i also love mexican food. So was told by my friend to just buy the Cornflour Tortillas, so went into shop found them and low and behold they are only 29% Cornflour the rest being Wheat!
